To pick up the vehicle, the owner must provide a complete set of documents. This is a standard procedure that ensures security.

• For the owner (individual): Passport, Vehicle Registration Certificate (STS), valid OSAGO insurance policy.
• If retrieved by a non-owner: In addition to the documents above, a notarized power of attorney with the right to retrieve the vehicle from the impound lot is required.
• For legal entities: A power of attorney for the representative from the organization, a waybill (if applicable), the representative’s passport, Vehicle Registration Certificate, OSAGO policy.
• Mandatory: A resolution from GIBDD/MADI with a note that the reason for impoundment has been resolved.

1. Find out where the car is: Call us or use our online service to determine the location of your vehicle.
2. Get permission: Contact the GIBDD or MADI department that processed the towing and get a copy of the report with a release authorization.
3. Pay for services: Pay the cost of towing and storage. This can be done online, at the lot, or at a bank. A 25% discount is available for payment before retrieval.
4. Pick up the vehicle: Come to the impound lot with the full package of documents, present them to the employee, and receive your vehicle.

All rates for towing and storage are approved by the Moscow government and are fixed.

  • Categories A, B up to 80 hp — ~3,200 RUB.
  • Category B from 80 to 250 hp — ~5,200 RUB.
  • Category B over 250 hp, C, D — ~7,500 RUB.
  • Oversized vehicles — ~29,000 RUB.
• Storage (per day):
  • Category A — ~520 RUB.
  • Categories B, D up to 3.5 t — ~1,000 RUB.
  • Categories D over 3.5 t, C, E — ~2,200 RUB.
  • Oversized vehicles — ~2,200 RUB.

The first day of storage is paid in full, then on a daily basis. Pay before retrieving your vehicle to save 25% of the total amount.
